Two class quizzes on John Keats's poem "
Ode on a Grecian Urn" follow. Apparently both of these students felt confident enough in their grades to blow the last question and make up their own decidedly dark revisions of the poem's famous last couplet. The question asks of them, "Finish this statement however you'd like", and they took it at face value. The real line is "'Beauty is truth, truth beauty - that is all / Ye know on earth, and all ye need to know'"; the students' lines are, well...somewhat less idyllic.
